Prerequisites
To launch workflows to run on a CLC Genomics Cloud Engine (GCE) from a CLC Workbench, you will need the following information from your GCE administrator:
- AWS IAM user credentials in the form of an access key ID and a secret access key. These are needed for connecting to AWS to access your S3 buckets (Configuring AWS credentials).
- The URL for your GCE setup (Configuring the cloud connection)
- Oauth credentials for logging into GCE (Configuring the cloud connection)
- If you will be importing data from Illumina BaseSpace, you will need an Illumina BaseSpace account.
