System requirements

The system requirements for this plugin are the same as that of the software it is installed on: the CLC Genomics Workbench or the CLC Genomics Server.

Compatibility

The Transcript Discovery 26.0 plugin can be installed on CLC Genomics Workbench 26.0, and on later versions in the same major release line.

The Transcript Discovery Server Plugin 26.0 can be installed on CLC Genomics Server 26.0, and on later versions in the same major release line.
