System requirements

To work with Biomedical Genomics Analysis 1.2 you will need to have CLC Genomics Workbench 12.0.2 or higher installed on your computer. With exception of the requirements below, the system requirements of Biomedical Genomics Analysis 1.2 are the same as the ones required for the CLC Genomics Workbench: http://resources.qiagenbioinformatics.com/manuals/clcgenomicsworkbench/current/index.php?manual=System_requirements.html.

• 16 GB RAM required
• 24 GB RAM recommended
• Minimum 100 GB free disk space in the tmp directory
• Minimum 90 GB free disk space required in the CLC_References directory if you are not connected to a server and wish to work with either hg19 or hg38. If you have less free disk space available, it is possible to change the reference data location. How to do this is described in http://resources.qiagenbioinformatics.com/manuals/clcgenomicsworkbench/current/index.php?manual=QIAGEN_Sets.html.
