Output from the Calculate LOH workflow

This workflow creates three elements in addition to the normal DNA Pro workflows output elements: Target-level_ploidy_track, Region-level_ploidy_track, and Regional_ploidy_results_report. These elements are described in the manual for Detect Regional Ploidy (see Detect Regional Ploidy).
