QIAseq DNA Pro workflows

The QIAseq DNA Pro workflows have been developed for a different library structure than the QIAseq DNA workflows but contain the same tools, use the same interface, and produce the same outputs as the QIAseq DNA workflows described in section 6.1.

Please note that the QIAseq DNA Pro workflows are designed to support Illumina reads and hg38 references.
