Import/export of data and graphics

A large number of data formats can be imported into the CLC Main Workbench. Data types that are not recognized are imported as "external files". Such files are opened in the default application for that file type on your computer (e.g. Word documents will open in Word).

This chapter describes importing and exporting data in bioinformatic data formats and as external files, as well as how to export graph data points to a file, and how to export graphics.
