Search for Reads in SRA
Search for entries in the NCBI SRA database using Search for Reads in SRA. Entries with metadata matching the query terms are returned. The sequences data and metadata can be downloaded directly, or just the metadata can be saved, for use later.
Search for Reads in SRA uses NCBI's e-utilities, which occasionally experience downtime. If searches unexpectedly return no results, check https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/ to check the status of the service.
