ClustalO
Clustal Omega, or ClustalO (see http://www.clustal.org/omega), is a progressive, multiple sequence alignment tool that uses seeded guide trees and HMM profile-profile techniques. ClustalO can produce accurate alignments involving large numbers of sequences at high speed [Sievers et al., 2011].To run ClustalO via a CLC Workbench, select the sequences to align and decide whether to Open or Save the result.
ClustalO produces two outputs: an alignment and a tree.
