Database configurations
To use an SQL database for data management with the CLC Bioinformatics Database, the appropriate JDBC driver for your database system must be installed. This is described in Installing JDBC drivers.
For MySQL installations, please also refer to section Configuring MySQL for information specific to MySQL database configuration.
