Create a new BaseSpace application

1. Login to BaseSpace, https://developer.basespace.illumina.com/.
2. Select My Apps.
3. Create a new application and fill in all the necessary details.
   • For App Type, make sure you select "Web/Desktop Visualization"
   • The redirect URI should point to your Genomics Analysis Portal installation with /basespace appended (for example https://clcserver.yourdomain.com:8443/gap/basespace).
4. Find your Client Id and Client Secret under Credentials. Copy these.
