Using Import Molecules with 3D Coordinates
The Import Molecules with 3D Coordinates option is found in the toolbar

Using this importer, you are free to choose if the files should be imported to a Molecule Project or a Molecule Table. Furthermore, for Mol2 and SDF files, which can contain a huge number of molecules, you can choose to only import a subset of the molecules.
