QCI Interpret Integration

The Upload to QCI Interpret tool supports seamless upload of analysis results to QCI Interpret. Use of this tool requires an active QCI Interpret subscription (not a trial license), and a QCI Interpret account with API license privileges.

VCF format files can also be uploaded directly to QCI Interpret. Variant data, copy number variations (cnvs), fusions and inversions can be exported to VCF format using the VCF exporter.
