QIAGEN GeneReader

CLC Genomics Workbench supports data from QIAGEN GeneReader. Choosing the QIAGEN GeneReader import will open the dialog shown in figure 6.9.

The file formats accepted are Fastq *.fastq and *.fq. You can choose to discard read names during import.
